Civilian Forms and Impound Update
A simple update to improve civilian form handling and make command follow-up clearer.
What's New
- Added a new Vehicle Impound Release form for civilians requesting a vehicle from PD impound.
- Civilian form phone number fields now only accept numbers.
- Vehicle Impound, Civilian Complaint and Suggestion forms are handled by phone using the number provided.
- Command can view these civilian forms but cannot reply or change their status through the website.
- Admins can route the new impound form to the correct command level from the Admin Dashboard.
Fixes
- Command Profile labels civilian contact details as Phone Number.
- Civilian form cards now include matching descriptions on the Forms page.
- Command Profile opens faster after recent command role checks.

Forms and Officer Portal Update
A simple update to make form handling clearer for command and easier to use across desktop and mobile.
What's New
- Website forms now save into a protected form inbox instead of relying on form webhooks.
- Bronze, Silver and Gold command can view submissions for their command access.
- Admins can be given Form Submissions permission to view and manage all submitted forms.
- Submission status is now Open or Closed and saves to the database.
- Gold command and permitted admins can delete submissions when needed.
Fixes
- Officer Portal dropdown has been improved for mobile and desktop.
- Command roles refresh after promotions or demotions.
- Refreshing after a status update no longer asks to resubmit the form.
- The Forms page no longer jumps down the page when opened from the navigation.

New Officer Portal and Operational References
The MPS Information Hub now provides one secure Officer Portal for protected resources alongside new quick-reference material for operational duties.
Officer Login Portal
- Use Officer Login with Discord or your linked website account.
- Open protected Handbooks, Academy resources and Officer Forms from one portal.
- Handbooks and Academy remain hidden from the public navigation until officer access is unlocked.
- Use Lock Officer Access when leaving a shared device or preparing to stream.
New Handbook References
- Operational Codes now includes IC identification codes.
- Officer State Codes now covers State 0 through State 16.
- PNC Markers includes DR, WE, VI, FI, CL, SH, MN, CO, SU, ES and IF.
- The Principles section includes full BUGEE and GOWISELY guidance.
Designed for Quick Access
The Officer Portal and reference sections work across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Officers should continue to apply current legislation, MPS policy, training and supervisor guidance alongside all quick-reference material.

Open Officer Portal, sign in with Discord or your linked website account and choose the protected area required. Do not share officer access outside Manifest Police Service.

The new MPS website brings official information, training, documents and request forms together in one clear and accessible place for officers and civilians.
For Officers
- Read the current MPS handbook, policies and complete force roster.
- Use the Academy for core training, specialist guidance, scenarios and evidence handling.
- Review legislation, police powers and numbered operational sections.
- Access information for ERPT, RPU, ARU and CID.
- Submit leave, transfer, training and internal complaint requests online.
For Civilians and Applicants
- Submit a suggestion or improvement idea to MPS.
- Use the Civilian Complaint Form for service or conduct concerns.
- Learn about MPS departments, ranks and policing roles.
- Join the official Discord community for updates and support.

The MPS Information Hub is fully responsive and supports desktop computers, laptops, tablets and mobile phones. Navigation, forms, training materials, legislation dropdowns and department information adapt to both portrait and landscape screens.
Using the Site
Use the navigation bar to access Handbooks, Academy, Departments, Forms and Rank Structure. Information will continue to be updated, so officers should use this site as their central reference and civilians should check it before contacting staff.
